Burlesque dance workshops are a fantastic activities for girly Hen, or birthday parties, they are wonderful ice breakers and brilliant for group bonding at the start of a weekend. In a relaxed, secure and fun environment the ladies learn some sexy moves to try out in the night clubs later. or perhaps for a private show!

I start by introducing myself and screening the clients, making sure all taking part are fit and well to dance that day. We then gently warm up and learn some simple dance technique such as posture, bumps, grinds, walks, and poses. We might also incorporate some props into the session such using feather fans, boas, or long gloves to tease and tatalise with, some groups even ask for a short session on tassel twirling!
After a break for refreshments, we put all our new skills together and lrean a cheeky burlesque routine, apart from perhaps gloves, no clothe removal is incorporated . After another break we dress the "Hen" up and film or photograph the group dancing, I then take the group through a cool down and stretching session. Whilst the group are recovering from their excursions I entertain them with a kitsch and flirty burlesque dance, performing some of the techniques we have learnt earlier. I leave some time at the end of the session for questions more photos and a chat before wishing the Hen all the best and leaving the group to their celebrations.
